Who We Are
Automative Apps was born out of a passion to automate the tedious and boring tasks which we’ve been doing for years. One of those things is manually creating presentation slides. Who has time for that nowadays right? Failing to find an existing solution out there that we were satisfied with, we looked into how we could solve this problem for ourselves.
We are so excited to share that we recently published our first app on Google Workspace Marketplace. helps to effortlessly generate slide decks from Google Docs™. It saves you from spending time formatting and designing slides so you can focus on creating content and delivering great presentations.
Automative Apps was founded
Automative Apps was founded in Melbourne, Australia in September 2023 through an amazing collaboration between a tech lead and educator.
Launched Slides Generator Pro
In December 2023, after just 3 months of development work, the first version of was built and launched on the Google Workspace Marketplace, turning Google Docs to slides.
Released Slides Generator AI Suite
In February 2024, AI Suite was released, allowing users to summarize text to slides with AI and convert tables and images to slides.
Domain pricing and user experience improvements
In March 2024, we introduced domain pricing and introduced a whole raft of improvements to the user experience, making it more intuitive and easier to use. We also introduced Slides Formatter, a free tool to format slides.
